£28,091 to £35,374 PA pro rata, depending on experience, plus pension contribution

Based in Nottingham

We are seeking an advice service manager to lead and support staff and volunteers delivering a range of impactful projects. You will be passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and supporting the continued development of our services. As part of a forward-thinking and innovative management team, you will primarily be based in our Nottingham office. The role will require occasional travel across the CANCAS districts to provide supervisory cover and participate in meetings.

We are looking for candidates to be able to demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:

-At least 2 years of management/supervisory experience

-Experience in using a variety of IT packages in the workplace

-Ability to plan, prioritise and manage their workload in a pressured environment

-Proven ability to supervise and monitor work to agreed quality standards and to maintain casework systems and procedures.

-Ability to work positively in a team environment.
