Quality Coach

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall are looking for a Quality Coach to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to help ensure we deliver high-quality, consistent and compliant advice services that make a real difference to our clients while supporting the development of our advisers and volunteers.

Working closely with managers, staff and volunteers, you’ll lead on quality assurance activities, provide coaching and feedback, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. You’ll help embed best practice, maintain Citizens Advice Quality of Advice standards and strengthen service performance to ensure outstanding client outcomes across the organisation.
