Generalist Adviser / Trainee Generalist Adviser

Citizens Advice Shropshire is recruiting a Generalist Adviser/ Trainee Generalist Adviser. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds.

Responsible to an Advice Services Manager, this role is to work as part of a paid staff and volunteer team supporting clients both on the telephone and face to face from the Shrewsbury Office.

This is a full time, permanent contract. The salary is £26,174 - £27,774 depending on experience + 6% pension contribution. Holidays: 28 days + Bank Holidays
