About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to deliver high-quality debt advice and casework as part of Citizens Advice York’s specialist debt team. You will support vulnerable clients in line with the General Help Quality Mark and the aims, policies, and principles of the Citizens Advice service.
This is a dynamic leadership role with additional responsibility for managing and supporting the induction and integration of a new Debt Outreach Worker post, ensuring the service reaches underserved communities and maintains high standards of quality and impact.
Please note: This role involves working with vulnerable clients and may be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
